Little Boxes
I started a new Squidoo for some ideas on recycling cardboard boxes. I made three just for the lens. These are used cardboard boxes which I didn’t want to throw away and I’ve been thinking about how folks with small apartments can keep collections of interesting / pretty / collectable / funky little thingswithout having an excess of clutter.

The tape I used to neaten the edges of the foil box reflects the light a bit differently depending on the angle so sometimes it looks almost black. I like the effect on the body of the foil box (not so easy to see) when the foil is applied to the cardboard using PVA glue. You end up with a finish which approaches beaten metal in the look.
I tried to get a different finish on the lid but it didn’t work as well as I hoped, I might remake the lid at some point to improve the look but at least it shows you how you can make a viewing window in your own Little Box.
