Soup ladle to fight a tiger?
This could be a really interesting story but we’re not actually told enough. A man was saved from a tiger attack by his wife, carrying a soup ladle, who came to his rescue after hearing his screams.
I want to know how exactly his wife saved him. Instead, we have only the man’s story, given from his hospital bed. As far as the wife’s story goes, she heard her husband’s screams and rushed out of her kitchen with the wooden soup ladle in her hand and … that’s about it. We know she scared the tiger off but we don’t exactly know how.
Perhaps it was simply the sight of a 55 year old woman crashing through the undergrowth with a potential weapon in her hand? Did she attack the tiger with the ladle? I want to know.
Should we all carry wooden soup ladles when we venture into a jungle?
